The measure of a person is the not related to the size of their position or the size of their business, but in the depth of their character and in the manner they treat their team, even the rookie team member... It is also related to the way they marshal and allocate resources in their company to insure everyone treats each other with dignity, kindness, and respect. Everyone on the team matters.
